You can quickly email a client's favorites list from your Collection Analytics by using the Quick Actions menu! 😄

To access your Collection Analytics, click on the Collection you're working on and then select 'Analytics in the top-right corner.

You can also access your Analytics from your Dashboard by hovering over the Collection and clicking the arrow in the top right corner.

Once in your Collection Analytics, navigate to the Favorites section. Here you'll be able to view any favorite lists that have been created by your client.

Select the favorites list you want to email, then click the 'Quick Actions' drop-down menu in the top right corner. From here, you can select to email a ZIP file of the favorites list. You'll also see some other handy options such as Download Favorites, Create Folder of Images, etc. 🙌

Once you click 'Email Images', you'll be to customize the download settings of the ZIP file, craft an email to your client, and hit send! 💃

✨ Pro Tip: If you need to download a large favorites list to your computer, you can email the list to yourself so our system splits it into 3GB folders. Since a large list can mean a larger file, this makes the download process much faster and easier for you!
