Uploaded images contribute to your Storage. Deleted Collections, Folders, and images will update your used storage accordingly.
To view how much storage you are using, click on My Account in the top right-hand corner and select Plans & Billing. Along the top, you'll see your gallery count and storage count, as well as how much space you have left.
If you're in the Unlimited Plan, you won't see your total storage, but you can reach out to our team and we'll be happy to look that up for you!
You can also see what percentage of storage each individual Collection is using by going into that Collection and then clicking Analytics.
Troubleshooting Storage Updates
If your storage usage does not update after deleting galleries, perform a hard refresh of your browser to reload the dashboard data. Here’s how:
On Mac: Use Shift + Reload in Chrome/Safari or Command + Shift + R.
On Windows: Use Ctrl + Reload in Chrome or Ctrl + Shift + R.
After refreshing, your updated storage usage should display correctly.
