If you're getting the message, "We are having trouble reaching the server, please check your connection or try again later", please try these three things!
1. Disconnecting and reconnecting
Turn Airplane Mode ON for about 10 seconds and then turn Airplane Mode OFF again (this will refresh your carrier connection).
If you're on cellular data, connect to a wifi connection and try to log into your account.
If you're on wifi, try connecting to another network or use your cellular data.
2. Close and re-open your browser
3. Check if your wireless connection has a proxy or if your phone has a VPN, try turning it on/off.
