YES! But...
When sending a letter to a PO Box you may be used to just writing the name, PO Box Number, and Zip Code. While that works for letters, since those are handled only by USPS, packages are a little different.
Letters Sent to PO Boxes:
Jane Doe
PO Box 243
AnyTown USA 54321
Since all packages shipped from our partnered print labs originate with either UPS or FedEx, just writing the PO Box number and Zip code is not enough. In order to submit an order, your client's Post Office needs to offer Street Addressing, which allows your client to enter the physical Street Address of their Post Office as the first line of the address. This will treat the Post Office as a normal address and UPS and FedEx will complete the delivery. For the second line of the address, you must enter the pound symbol, followed by the box number. Here's an example of this formatting:
