If your published images from Lightroom are not showing up on CloudSpot, there could be a disruption in the sync between the two. Below, we’ll cover some super easy troubleshooting options to get things back on track. 💪

Create a New Lightroom Collection

First, try creating a new Collection in Lightroom, separate from the one you're attempting to publish.

Right-click the CloudSpot Plugin and select 'Create Collection'. Then right-click your new Collection and select 'Create Folder'. Then you can select all of your images by holding down the Shift key and dragging them into the new Collection folder.

Once everything is organized, go ahead and try publishing that new Collection. If there was an issue with the first Collection you were trying to publish, this should resolve it.

If your images are still not showing up, keep reading!

Logout and Login to CloudSpot in the Plugin Manager

If creating a new Collection does not resolve things, access the Plugin Settings, then log out and log in to your CloudSpot account. This is done by right-clicking the Plugin and selecting 'Edit Settings'. Logging out and back in is a simple step that can reestablish the connection between Lightroom and your account. Once you’ve done that, close out of the Plugin Manager and create a new Collection in Lightroom to retry publishing your images.

Reinstall the CloudSpot Plugin

If you’re still unable to successfully publish images after trying the above steps, you may need to fully remove the CloudSpot Plugin from Lightroom and reinstall it to reset things. First, open the Plugin Manager and remove the CloudSpot Plugin. After removing the Plugin, also delete the publishing service from the sidebar. That process will look like this:

  1. Click 'File' and select 'Plug-in Manager'

  2. Select the CloudSpot Plugin and click 'Remove'

  3. In the left side menu, right-click the CloudSpot Plugin and select 'Delete Publish Service'

Once the Plugin has been removed, reinstall it. Then create a new Collection, add a few images, and try publishing them to CloudSpot.

Note: Removing and reinstalling the Plugin will remove all Collections under the CloudSpot Plugin in Lightroom. It will not remove any previously published Collections or images from CloudSpot.
