My Client Entered the Wrong Email for Their Digital Order

How to deliver your client's purchased images when they've entered the wrong email at checkout

If your client entered the wrong email address at checkout, that email cannot be edited once the order has been submitted, but you can still get those files to your client!

1. Download the order images

Navigate to your Store and click on Orders. Select the order you need to send to your client. Using the Order Actions menu, download the images your client purchased.

Note: If your client purchased their full Gallery, you can skip this step and move on to step 3.

2. Upload the images to a new Folder in your Collection

In the Collection, create a new Folder and upload your client's images. You do not need to add this Folder to the client's Gallery.

3. Email a ZIP of the Folder to the correct email address.

Select Send .zip link to email a direct download link to your client's correct address.

If your client purchased their full Gallery, just send a ZIP file that includes all of the images/Folders in their Collection. No need to reupload anything!
