If your client forgets to download their digital order or does not receive the email, you can easily send them a new link using the Order Actions menu!
Click on Store, at the top of the page and select Orders. Click on the relevant order number to view its details.
In the top right, you'll see a drop-down menu titled Order Actions. From here, you can choose Resend digital files option to email a new download link to your client.
Note: If your client entered the wrong email address at checkout, that email cannot be edited once the order has been submitted, but you can still get those files to your client. Click here to learn how!
