Review Print Orders Before Sending to the Lab

Order Review allows you to adjust the crop placement and replace images before your client's order it sent to the lab!

Enable Order Review

Order review can be enabled when creating a new Catalog and/or in an existing Catalog at any time.

Enable Order Review in a New Catalog

Click Create Catalog to open the new Catalog window. Give the Catalog a name, select your fulfillment lab & other preferences, then scroll down to the bottom. Enable Approve Orders Before Fulfillment and set the hold window.

Note that the hold window is how long an order will stay in review before it's submitted to the lab. When the hold window expires, the order will automatically be submitted. Because you can submit the order at any time within the approval period, we recommend allowing more time than you think you need - just in case you can't get to an order right away!

Note: Order approval also applies to any Digital Products in your Catalog.

Enable Order Review in an Existing Catalog

Open your Catalog Settings, then enable Approve Orders Before Fulfillment and set the hold window. Click Save to update the Catalog!

Review Pending Orders

Orders requiring approval can be found in the Pending Orders section of your Store.

Click on the order you want to review. When an order is pending, you can edit the crop placement and/or replace images for any single print or digital product.

Submit a Pending Order

Pending orders can be submitted at any time during the review period! Keep in mind that once submitted, this can't be undone. So make sure to double-check everything!
