When you’re ready to downgrade your CloudSpot plan, just make sure your current storage usage fits within the limits of the plan you’re switching to, that way the change goes through smoothly.
Please make sure to include your CloudSpot username or email associated with your account so we can quickly process your request. Let us know the plan you'd like to move to and as long as your storage usage meets the specified limit for that plan, we'll happily move you over!
For example, the Lite Plan has a 100 GB storage limit, and the Pro Plan allows up to 500 GB. If you are currently on the Unlimited Plan, adjust your storage to 100 GB for Lite or 500 GB for Pro before making a request. 😄
