How to Collect Emails from Gallery Visitors

Enable Email Capture to record the names and emails of Gallery visitors

Email Capture allows you to keep track of who is viewing your Galleries! Upon accessing their Gallery, your clients will be asked to enter their name and email to view the Gallery. Learn how to turn on Email Capture, view captured emails in your Analytics, and see how things look from the client side.


How to Enable Email Capture

Email Capture can be enabled in your Gallery Settings. To open the Settings for an existing Gallery, enter the Collection you want to work on, and then click Galleries & Apps in the top right.

Click Settings on the Gallery you'd like to edit, then select the Access section to toggle on Email Capture.

View Email Capture Analytics

To see who has accessed your Gallery, click on Analytics in the top right-hand corner of your Collection.

You can also access Analytics from your dashboard by hovering over the Collection and clicking the arrow in the top right.

In your Analytics, select Visitor Emails to see a record of who has accessed the Gallery.

What Do Clients See in Their Gallery?

Your clients and visitors will be prompted to enter their information after hitting the "Open" button in their Gallery.

Once they enter their information, they can view their full online Gallery!
