Projects serve as a centralized hub holding all documents for a particular event or client. When you create a Project, you're able to assign a client and add Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires - easily sending them all at once. Your client can then conveniently view all of their documents in a single location!

Create a Project

To create a Project, click on Projects in the side menu and select Create a New Project.

You'll need to give your Project a name and date, then assign your client(s). If adding a client whose information has not been saved in Studio, just click on Add New Client and enter their details. They will automatically be saved as a contact!

You can also add a brief Project Description. A Project Description is not visible to your clients, so it's purely for your records.

Add Documents

The next step is to assign documents to your Project! If you've already created Templates, just click 'Add' for the document you want to assign and choose Start with a Template.

Choose the applicable Template and make any modifications or add additional Clients if needed. In the bottom right corner, you can either choose to send the document to your client right away, or simply save it the Project.

โœจ Pro Tip: If you're planning on adding more documents (like Invoices or Questionnaires) to your Project, we recommend using the 'Save to Project' option so you can send everything at once!

Assign Existing Documents

If you've already created standalone documents and want to add those to a Project, just click on the document and use the Quick Actions menu to assign it to your client's Project.

Standalone documents can be assigned to a Project whether they've already been sent to your client or are still drafted!

โœจ Note: The client email on the document must match the email on the Project in order for it to be assigned.

Attach a PDF

Need to share a location or style guide with your client? You can share that right in your Project!

In the Project Files section, click Upload File and select your PDF from your files.

Once the upload is complete, you'll see it listed in the Project Files section. Click Upload File in the top right corner to add more PDFs!

Your client will then be able to view and download the PDF right from their Project!

Is your PDF too large?

If your PDF is larger than 10MB, we recommend using Adobe's compression tool to reduce the file size. The High compression level gives a great result while maintaining the file's resolution. In our tests, the estimated file size is often much larger than the final result. So even if it shows that the compressed file will be more than 10MB, still give it a try ๐Ÿ˜„

Send Project

When you've finished adding documents to your Project, you can send it to your client by clicking the Send Project button at the top of the Project page:

Project Notes

Project Notes allow you to record any important information that may be relevant to your event or client. These notes are only visible to you, and cannot be seen on your client's side!

Attach a Gallery

When your client's Gallery is ready to be delivered, you can attach it right in their Project Portal!
