You've finished editing your client's images and are now ready to deliver their Gallery. With Studio, you can now attach Galleries for client's to view right from their Project Portal. 🀯 Everything related to their session, from start to finish, will be easily accessible all in one place!

Attach a Gallery to a Project

Clicking on your client's Project, you'll see a section labeled Galleries right underneath their Project details.

Click the +Add Gallery button to open a list of your published Galleries. You can choose a Gallery from the drop-down menu, or quickly search it by name!

Once the Gallery is added, you'll see a preview of the cover image along with some details about the Gallery:

In order from left to right, these icons let you know if your Gallery is password protected, has downloads enabled or disabled, and if the Store is enabled.

Keep in mind this is not a full overview of your Gallery Settings. Make sure to double check your full Gallery Settings in the Collection if there's anything you're unsure about. πŸ‘

Using the three dots in the bottom right corner, you can open up a menu of options to view the Gallery, copy the link, or remove it from the Project.

Removing the Gallery from the Project does not delete it from your account. Galleries can only be deleted from the Collection in the Galleries & Apps menu.

Sharing a Gallery with a Project

As soon as the Gallery has been added to the Project, clients will be able to see it from their existing Project link. But we definitely recommend giving them a heads up it's there! Once the Gallery has been added, you have a couple of options when it comes to sharing the Gallery.

Resending the Project

Clicking Send Project, you can quickly resend the full Project along with a message letting your client know their Gallery has just been added.

When you client opens up the Project, their beautiful Gallery will be the first thing they see!

To open it, all they need to do is move their mouse over the preview and click View the Gallery:

Sending the Gallery from Your Collection

After the Gallery has been added to the Project, you can still share it from the Collection using the regular sharing flow. This is a great option if you want to want to include a direct download link with their Gallery email!

To let your client know their Gallery has also been added to their Project, we recommend adding a section in your email template where you can quickly insert the link to their Project for them to reference. πŸ™Œ

You can quickly grab the link to the Project using the Quick Actions menu:
