When it comes to sharing Galleries, you have a couple of options! You can send a link to just the Gallery or send your Gallery as well as a direct download link to the Gallery images! With the direct download link, clients can download the images straight to their computer from their Gallery email. 🀩

View Published Galleries

You can find your published Galleries by clicking on the Galleries & Apps button. From here, select Email on the Gallery you want to send.

Sending a Gallery

Click Email on the Gallery you want to share, and enter your client's email address in the Send To field.

If you'd like to deliver just a link to your Gallery, choose the Online Gallery option.

After selecting your email template, hit Send to deliver your client's beautiful Gallery! The email they receive will look something like this:

Sending a Gallery + ZIP File

To send your Gallery and a direct download link, click on the Online Gallery & Zip File option.

If you have multiple Folders, you can customize which Folders you want to share in the direct download link if needed.

The settings of your ZIP file are also customizable independent of your Gallery!

Here's a breakdown of your Zip File Settings:

  • Limit Downloads: This controls how many times your client can download the full ZIP file.

  • Download Expires: After this date, the download link will no longer be available for download.

  • Image Size: You can deliver a ZIP file of full resolution, social media, or custom-sized images.

  • Watermark Images: If enabled, the images your client downloads from the ZIP file will be watermarked.

Once you've finished customizing the ZIP file settings and chosen your email template, you can send the Gallery and direct download link to your client!

Here's how the email your client receives will look:

Notice how there is now a 'Download Images' button below 'View Gallery'? Your clients can click that and immediately download their images straight to their computer. πŸ’ƒ
