When it comes to delivering Galleries, you have a couple of options! You can send a link to view the online Gallery only, or send the online Gallery as well as a ZIP file of the Gallery images so your clients can download the images straight to their computer with one click! 🤩
We'll be covering how to do both options in this article - let's dive in!
Accessing your Galleries
You can find your published Galleries by clicking on the Galleries & Apps button. From here, select 'Email' on the Gallery you want to send.
Sending an Online Gallery
If you'd like to deliver the online Gallery link only, input the email of your client, then choose the 'Online Gallery' option.
After selecting your email template, hit 'Send' to deliver your client's beautiful Gallery! The email they receive will look something like this:
Sending an Online Gallery + ZIP File
To send an online Gallery and ZIP file, click on the 'Online Gallery & Zip File' and follow the screen flows to choose which Folders you'd like to share direct download links for. Your recipient will receive an email with a download link to those images as well as a link to view their gallery!
You can customize the settings for the ZIP files independent of your Gallery Settings!
Once you've finished customizing the ZIP file settings and chosen your email template, you can send the Gallery and direct download links out to your client!
Here's how the email your client receives will look:
Notice how there is now a 'Download Images' button below 'View Gallery'? Your clients can click that and immediately download their images straight to their computer. 💃
