How to Save a Gallery Email Template

Save time sharing your Galleries by saving email templates in your account!

Email templates are a great way to streamline your Gallery sharing workflow! Any email templates you save in your account can be selected and personalized when emailing your clients.

To help you get started, we provide a default email template. However, this can be edited or deleted if you'd like to create your own template!

View Your Email Settings

In your Account Settings, click on Email Settings to view your Sharing Templates.

From here, you can either hover over the existing Default Template in your account to edit it or click Create New Template to start from scratch.

Aside from the subject line and content, you can also customize the template name, background color, and layout.

Once you've finished customizing your template, make sure to click Save!

Any Email Templates you've saved will be available to choose from when sending a Gallery! You can quickly personalize the email to your specific client before sending it. πŸ™Œ
