Mobile Apps are a great way to give your clients quick, easy access to their images right from their phone’s home screen. They’re published separately from the main Gallery, so you can customize them independently to fit your client’s needs.
Since Mobile Apps are typically an addition to your client's Gallery, you'll probably want to send them both at the same time. Instead of delivering them separately, there is a simple way to include the Mobile App link right in your Gallery email.
Once you've published a Gallery and Mobile App, they will both be displayed in the Galleries & Apps menu in the Collection.
Click Copy Link on the Mobile App, then click Share on the Gallery.
To make things easier, we recommend creating an Email Template with a section for linking the Mobile App already written out. That way you can easily select that Template from the drop-down menu.
With your template selected, linking the Mobile App takes just a few seconds.
Highlight the text where you want to insert the URL, then use the Insert Link tool. Adding an underline to the text will help that link stand out to your clients!
Now you can send your clients their Gallery and Mobile App in one email!
