When it comes to sharing Galleries, you have a couple of options! You can send a link to just the Gallery or send your Gallery as well as a direct download link to the Gallery images! With the direct download link, clients can download the images straight to their computer from their Gallery email. π€©
View Published Galleries
You can find your published Galleries by clicking on the Galleries & Apps button. From here, select Email on the Gallery you want to send.
Sending a Gallery
Click Email on the Gallery you want to share. You'll see the "Share Gallery" screen, which offers multiple options for what you send your client.
β
Begin typing the recipient's email address. If this email address is already saved as a Client in your account, it will be pre-populated for you:
You can enter multiple email addresses if you'd like to send the same email to more than one person at once!
β
If you have an email template saved that you'd like to use, select it. Otherwise, type in your email subject line and the contents of your email, and customize as you wish.
β
You will see a Preview of the email that will be sent on the right side of your screen.
β
After you've made all of your customizations to the email, hit Send to deliver your email! You can check the status of the email's delivery over on the Email History Log for the Collection.
β
Sending a Gallery + Zip File (Instant Download)
You may wish to include an Instant Download button in your email, which gives the recipient a link to download images directly, without needing to visit the Gallery.
β
You can enable this Instant Download option before sending the email, and customize the details of the download.
β
For example, you can choose whether the client receives the full resolution files or smaller, custom sized files; you can select specific folders of photos that the client can download or allow them to download all photos; you can set an expiration date, set a limit to how many times the download link will be allowed to be used, and even choose to apply a watermark to the downloaded files.
Enabling the Instant Download button adds an extra section to your email, which you can see in the preview to the right:
β
β
Note: The settings of your Instant Download / ZIP file are independent of your Gallery. Sending an Instant Download link does not change the free download settings in the gallery itself.
Once sent, you can view the status of the delivery of your email by checking the Email History Log for the Collection.
