Saving Email Templates makes sharing documents with your clients fast and easy. You can save multiple Email Templates for sharing Contracts, Invoices, Questionnaires, Projects, and more! 🎉

In the Templates section of Studio, you will see the option to create sharing Templates along with your document Templates.

We've provided some prewritten Email Templates for you, so it's incredibly easy to edit those existing Templates to fit your brand! Just use the drop-down menu by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the Email Template, and select 'Edit'.

Smart Fields are also available for use in Email Templates! Smart Fields are a great way to save time when it comes to sending out emails, so we strongly suggest taking advantage of these in your Templates!
