The best way to streamline your workflow in Studio is by saving reusable templates for your Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires! This will save time when sharing any documents - all you have to do is assign your client and send it! πŸŽ‰

How to Access Templates

Navigate to the Templates section using the side menu. Here, you will see options to create Templates for Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires.

Contract Templates

To create a Contract Template, click the Create New Contract Template button under that section.

Enter your Template name. For example, if you're creating Contracts for different types of sessions (portraits, weddings, events, etc), those can be named accordingly so you know which Contract to send to your client. πŸ‘

Now you can start building the sections of your Contracts! Within each section, you can add headings, bullet points, adjust the font size, add links, and more. You can also add Smart Fields!

Smart fields will automatically pull in information relevant to the client you're sending the Contract to, such as their name, email, address, and the date the Contract is issued. You have the freedom to choose what Smart Fields you'd like to include!

Once you've finished customizing each section, make sure to save your Contract Template. After you save, you'll be able to see a preview of the Template and make any further edits.

✨ Pro Tip: If you want to use your first Template as a starting point for additional Contract Templates, you can easily duplicate it and make edits!

How Do I Share My Contract Template?

We're glad you asked! To share Contracts (or any other documents with your client), we recommend first creating a Project! Using Projects, you can share Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires together - keeping everything in one place for you and your client.

Contract Templates can be used to send a single Contract as well. Head to the Contracts section of Studio and click New Contract. Choose the Template then assign your client. πŸ“
