The best way to streamline your workflow in Studio is by saving reusable templates for your Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires! This will save you time when sharing any documents - all you have to do is assign your client and send it! πŸŽ‰

How to Access Templates

Navigate to the Templates section using the side menu in Studio. Here, you will see options to create Templates for Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires.

Questionnaire Templates

Scroll down to Questionnaires, and click the Create New Questionnaire button.

First, give the Template a name. If you're creating different Questionnaires depending on the type of session (portraits, weddings, events, etc), you can name those accordingly so you know which one to send to your client.

Add Questions

The following question types are supported in Questionnaires:

  • Short Answer

  • Long Answer

  • Drop down

  • Radio button

  • Checkboxes

Placeholder text can be added to help give your clients an idea of what kind of answer you're looking for.

Questions can also be marked as required - meaning your client must fill it out to submit the form!

Make sure to save your Questionnaire once you've finished adding all questions!

✨ Pro Tip: If you want to use this Template as a starting point for other Questionnaire Templates, you can easily duplicate it and make edits!

How Do I Share My Contract Template?

We're glad you asked! To share Questionnaires (or any other files with your client), we recommend first creating a Project! From here, you can assign Contracts, Invoices, and Questionnaires, keeping everything in one place for you and your client.

If needed, you can also share a Questionnaire Template individually by heading to the Questionnaires section of Studio and clicking New Questionnaire. Choose your Template then assign your client.
