Access Booking

You can get to the Booking section using the side menu in Studio:

Create a Mini-Session

To get started with creating a new mini-session, click the New Mini-Session button in the center of the page.

From here, you can start customizing the settings of your mini-session! Let's dive in. 🏊

Name and Description of Event

The first two sections are where you will add the name and brief description of your event. This is the perfect place to let clients know what's included with their mini-session along with any other important details!

Sample Photos

You can upload up to 6 example pictures to show on the mini-session page. πŸ“· This is a great way to give your clients a peek at the location and showcase your photography style!

Uploading example images can help clients get a better feel for what to expect during their mini-session, and serve as a source of inspiration for outfits and the overall atmosphere of the photoshoot. πŸ™Œ

Quick Tip!

For best results, upload sample images that are no wider than 2:3 🀩

(ex. 1,000 x 1,500px)

Date, Time Slots, and Location

Next, you'll select the date the mini-session will take place, and begin entering the available time slots. πŸ“†

Additional time slot fields will be generated automatically. Once you've finished adding all the time slots, delete the last empty field!

Don't forget to specify whether your time slots are taking place in the morning or afternoon! β˜€οΈ

Following the time slots, you'll enter the location details for your event so clients know exactly where to go!

Payment

You can require clients to make a payment upon booking or allow them to book with no payment. To require a payment, click the toggle next to Require payment upon booking and set the mini-session price:

Terms and Conditions

Lastly, you can include customized terms and conditions for each event. Clients must agree to these terms and conditions in order to book. πŸ‘

πŸŽ‰ You did it! πŸŽ‰

Woohoo, you've created your first mini-session! 🀩
