Let's cover a few options you have in the Quick Actions menu after a mini-session has been created!

Edit a Mini-Session

You can easily edit a mini-session to make any final adjustments before sharing it with clients!

From the Booking page, use the three dots in the top right of the mini-session to edit.

You can also use the Quick Actions menu inside the mini-session to edit:

The following sections can be edited at any time - even if you have already shared the booking link and received bookings:

  • Name

  • Date

  • Price

  • Location

  • Example Images

However, it's important to note that clients do not receive notifications for the adjustments you make. So make sure you update them with any changes. πŸ‘

Time slots can also be edited, but only if they have not already been booked. When editing the mini-session, any booked time slots will be grayed out:

✨ Pro Tip: You can reschedule a client's booked time if needed! Learn how here.

Duplicate a Mini-Session

Existing mini-sessions can be duplicated, which comes in handy if you're planning to offer the same mini-session for various dates or running the same mini-sessions annually!

An exact copy of the duplicated mini-session will be created. From there, you can easily edit the information for the new mini-session!

Archive a Mini-Session

Keep your Booking dashboard organized by archiving mini-sessions after they are completed.

Mini-sessions can be archived at any time, but it's important to note that doing so will make the booking link inactive - meaning clients can no longer view and book the session.
