Yes! CloudSpot recognizes when you are attempting to upload duplicate images. You'll be given three options on how to handle these images:

 Replace All: Overwrite the existing photos and automatically update any related online Galleries with the new images.

Keep All: Upload the duplicate images to your Collection. Keep in mind, the duplicate images will take up additional storage.
