How to Sign Up
Getting started is easy! All you need to do is fill out the form linked below. To qualify for free migration, you'll need to have created an account on CloudSpot and upgraded to one of our paid plans to ensure we have enough storage for your galleries.
As soon as we receive your request, we'll take a look at your account and get in touch with you to confirm your migration request and any other important information.

What services can you migrate from?
We currently offer migration from Pass+, PicTime, Pixieset, SmugMug, ShootProof, and Zenfolio. If you're using a different gallery service, we encourage you to fill out the migration form anyway so we can review your account and let you know if migration is possible.
How many galleries can I migrate?
With Pass+ and PicTime, we can migrate any galleries from the last year for free. Archived galleries can be migrated for $1 per gallery.
For other services like SmugMug, ShootProof, and Pixieset, we offer free migration for up to 75 galleries. For additional galleries over 75, we charge $1 per gallery for migration.
How long will my migration take?
We know you're excited to have your galleries on CloudSpot, so we'll do our best to migrate them as quickly as possible! The amount of time it takes can vary depending on factors like our current migration queue and the number and size of galleries being migrated, but we aim to have everything done within 4-6 weeks of receiving your request. If we think it may take longer, we'll reach out to let you know.
Will you let me know when my migration has been completed?
Once we've finished your migration, we'll let you know right away! We won't delete anything from your previous provider, so you'll have plenty of time to review your galleries and make sure everything looks good before canceling your subscription with them.
How do I recreate my Galleries on CloudSpot?
For any Collections where you want to recreate Galleries for clients, you can choose a cover image that fits best and quickly create a new Gallery using our Gallery Presets!
How am I charged for additional galleries?
If you opt to migrate additional galleries, we'll provide you with an estimate of the added cost after reviewing your account. After we've created placeholders for your galleries on your account, we'll send you the final total and charge your card on file accordingly. We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way to ensure there are no surprises.
I have two CloudSpot accounts that I want to combine. Can you migrate images from one CloudSpot account to another?
