We'd love to help migrate your photos onto CloudSpot - for FREE! In order to legally adhere to the Terms of Service you agreed to on your current platform, the steps of the migration process are:
1. CloudSpot will send you a Hard Drive in the mail for you to organize and add all gallery images you wish to migrate (minimum of 50 Galleries required).
2. Once complete, you will send the Hard Drive back to our team using the provided pre-paid label and mailer. **This must be returned within 10 business days of receipt**
3. After we receive your Hard Drive, our Migration Team will get to work creating and uploading your Collections!
4. Our Migration Team will send you an email letting you know everything has been uploaded successfully and that photos on the external Hard Drive have been permanently removed.

Am I eligible for this service?
You must have a minimum of 50 Galleries to qualify for migration and the total amount of data be less than 500GB. You must also be inside the United States (excluding territories).
How long will my migration take?
Once it's your turn for migration, the entire process typically takes 3-5 weeks (depending on how long you hold onto the drive. It takes a few business days to send you the drive, up to 10 business days for you to send it back, and then about 5 business days to upload, once we've received the drive back.
Will you let me know when my migration has been completed?
Our team will notify you when your migration is complete! We won't delete images or galleries from the account with your previous provider, so there's plenty of time to review your Collections on CloudSpot before canceling your previous subscription.
How do I recreate my Galleries on CloudSpot?
For any Collections where you want to recreate Galleries for clients, you can choose a cover image that fits best and quickly create a new Gallery using our Gallery Presets!
