If you plan to use the same settings across more than one Gallery, we recommend saving those as a Preset! Presets can be used to instantly apply your saved settings to the Gallery or Mobile App, saving you valuable time creating the Gallery.

Once you've finished customizing your Gallery/Mobile App settings, check the Save settings as a preset box before clicking Create Gallery:

When clicking Create Gallery, you'll be prompted to give your Preset a name. Because you can create multiple Presets, make sure to give your Preset a unique name so you know which Galleries to use it for.

For example, you can create separate Presets for weddings and family Galleries, saving specific settings for each. This makes it a breeze to choose the right one whenever you need it!

From here, you can save the Gallery + Preset. If for any reason you decide you don't want to save these settings as a Preset, just click the Save Gallery Only option.

Once you've saved a Preset, it can be used when creating a new Gallery. After clicking Publish and selecting Gallery or Mobile App, you can choose to start with a saved Preset:

Then you can make any additional customizations as needed!

All saved Presets can be managed from the Galleries & Apps menu in any Collection. To rename or delete any Presets, click the Manage Presets button at the top of the window:
