CloudSpot Studio also allows users to efficiently track payment statuses, distinguishing between pending and transferred payments, and view payout details associated with each transaction.
To start, we will need to open CloudSpot Studio. Click on the drop-down in the top left corner and switch over to Studio:
Next, select Settings from the left-side menu:
Select Payments:
Finally, select Export Studio Payments and a CSV will begin to download:
When you open the CSV you will see a full report of all of your accepted payment in CloudSpot Studio, and towards the end of the columns, you will see the Date of Deposit column, which is an estimated date of when these funds will be deposited into your bank account 🙌 Additionally, it is important to know that Studio payments do not appear in your Stripe dashboard. These payments are specific to CloudSpot Studio, and their details can only be viewed through the exported CSV file. For other transactions such as Store orders, users should navigate to Galleries > Store > Orders > Export Orders to access the corresponding payout details. If you handle different transaction types like Invoices, Bookings, or Store Orders, make sure to use their respective export features to keep your records organized. Studio-specific transactions can be exported via Settings > Payments > Export Studio Payments, while Store Orders can be accessed through Galleries > Store.
