Which print lab is used to fulfill my CloudSpot print orders?

For Auto Fulfillment, we are partnered with White House Custom Color, Miller's, and Mpix. Their reputation, turnaround time, and quality are amazing! Feel free to read more about each lab below:

Who do I contact if I have a question or need to cancel a print order?

Any questions can be directed to our support team. You can reach out over chat or email ([email protected]).

Any order cancelations need to be handled by our team. If you need to cancel an order that has already been submitted, please reach out right away.

How do I get paid by CloudSpot for all of my sales?

If you connect your Store through Stripe, all payouts will be deposited to your linked bank account on a 2-day rolling basis.

Keep in mind that your first order payout can take up to 7 business days to process as Stripe establishes a connection with your bank.

*CloudSpot does not store any of your personal banking information.

Do my clients see my invoice in their package when their order arrives?

No, your clients will not see your invoice for what the lab charges you for prints or products.

How do I collect sales tax on Store orders?

If you are based in the US, you can take advantage of Automated Taxes. ๐Ÿ™Œ With this option, all you have to do is the state and ZIP code your business is located, and our integration with TaxJar handles the rest. It will calculate the required sales tax based on the location of your business and the shipping address of your client. ๐Ÿคฏ

If you'd rather manually set your tax rate, that's an option as well! You can set tax rates by country and region. Learn more about setting tax rates here.

Note: CloudSpot does not remit sales tax on your behalf. You are responsible for collecting and paying all federal and state taxes on the prints/products you sell.

What payment processors are supported?

We are integrated with both Stripe and PayPal for payment processing.

Does CloudSpot take a percentage of my print sales?

We take exactly 0% of all of your profits for Auto-Fulfilled lab orders on all paid plans!

Like most credit card processors, Stripe has a fee of 2.9% + .30 per transaction, so you will see that deducted from payouts on any sales you make through a client Gallery.

A 15% commission will apply to any orders placed when your account is on a Free plan. To take advantage of commission-free sales, upgrade to one of our paid plans!

Can I self-fulfill print orders?

Yes, you can set up a Custom Fulfillment Catalog or add Custom Products to an Auto Fulfillment Catalog if there are products you wish to self-fulfill.

With Custom Fulfillment, you'll still receive a notification when your client places an order and it will be recorded in the Orders section of your Store. From there, you can review the products your client selected and then fulfill the order with your preferred print lab or vendor. To learn more about Custom Fulfillment, click here!

Can I create multiple Catalogs?

Definitely! You can create as many Catalogs as youโ€™d like. This Is a great way to curate products and pricing based on the type of sessions you're offering.

How will I know when my orders have shipped?

The status of your Auto Fulfillment orders can be seen in the Orders section of your Store. Once submitted to the lab, you'll see the status change from Received, Processing, and finally Shipped! A tracking number will then populate.

Clients can also track their orders using the Order Status page from their order confirmation email.
