The key to sharing your availability with potential clients is connecting your online calendar directly to your CloudSpot account. You can choose between using your Google Calendar or iCloud Calendar (or even link your Office 365, Outlook, or Exchange calendars).
CloudSpot uses a service called Cronofy to securely access your chosen calendar so it can see and add bookings to your schedule.
Connecting Your Calendar
Go to Studio > Scheduling > Availability to visit the Availability page for Scheduling
Click the "Connect Your Calendar" button
Select the calendar you'd like to connect
If you're connecting an iCloud calendar:
Apple requires that you create an app-specific password in order to link your calendar securely.
Follow the steps in this Apple guide to create one before continuing.
You’ll enter this password in the App-specific password field when prompted.
Read and agree to the Cronofy Terms of Service, and click Continue
Follow the prompts to give Cronofy permission to access your calendar details. *Important: Be sure to check the checkboxes on each screen to give Cronofy proper access!
Once your calendar is successfully connected, you'll see the green "Connected" notification at the top of the Calendar section, here:
Disconnecting Your Calendar
You can disconnect your calendar anytime from within Studio.
Important Note: When you disconnect your calendar, your clients will no longer be able to view your calendar or book any of your services.
To disconnect, simply click the red "Disconnect" button within the Calendar section.
