Learn how to display Projects and Mini Sessions in your Google Calendar!

To access the Calendar Sync settings, start by clicking on Settings in Studio:

From the side menu, select Calendar Sync.

Once there, click "Connect to Google Calendar":

Sign in and make sure to click this checkbox to allow CloudSpot access to add to your Calendar:

Once you connect, you will see the email that the calendar is linked to on this page, with the option to disconnect at any time:

Here's an example of how the event will look in your Calendar, showing the date, time, locations and any notes added to the Project:

Once things are connected, you can edit the Calendar Name as it shows on Google or even change which Event Types are sent over to Google Calendar (Mini Sessions & Projects):

For each event, you can decide whether to mark your schedule as busy or available. If you select 'Show me as free,' you will not show as busy to other services looking at your Google Calendar.

Once you've finished selecting your preferences, click Save Changes.
