If you've set a Gallery to expire, you can send clients an automated email reminder letting them know the Gallery will expire soon. Expiration reminders are a great way to remind clients to download their images or encourage them to purchase products from the Store! πŸ™Œ

In order to send out these automated emails, you'll need to use a Gallery Expiration Template. We include a default one for you to use, but you may want to customize it (or create a new one) to fit your brand!

Access Gallery Expiration Templates

To view your Gallery Expiration Template, go to your Account Settings, then click on Email Settings from the side menu.

From here, you can either edit the Default Reminder template or create one from scratch!

First, customize the name of your Template if needed. Then set an accent color and choose your favorite Email Layout from the options available.

{{ Dynamic Text }}

Unlike regular email templates, you cannot customize these emails individually before they are sent out. This is where dynamic text comes in!

Dynamic text is a placeholder you can use in Expiration Reminder email templates. These fields will autofill with the information available, such as the expiration date, Gallery name, and even the email recipient's name!

The following dynamic text fields are supported:

Gallery Name

{{GALLERY_NAME}}

Recipient First Name

{{RECIPIENT_FIRST_NAME}}

Recipient Last Name

{{RECIPIENT_LAST_NAME}}

Expiration Date

{{EXPIRE_DATE}}

Days Until Expiration

{{EXPIRE_DAYS_REMAINING}}

Simply type or paste the dynamic text field into the Template's subject line and/or email content. It will look like this:

When your client receives their automated email, those fields will be auto-filled with the correct information based on their Gallery! πŸŽ‰
