How to Archive or Delete a Project

Keep things organized on your dashboard by archiving past Projects.

When a Project has been completed, you can keep everything organized by archiving it, so only your active Projects are visible. πŸ’ͺ

In your Projects section, click on the Project you want to archive. Using the Quick Actions drop-down menu, click Archive Project.

You will then be asked to confirm archiving this Project - click Archive if you're sure or cancel if you need to review anything first!

As stated in the above message, your client will still have full access to their Project even when it's archived.

Can I View My Archived Projects?

Yes, you can view archived Projects at any time by switching over to the Archived Projects tab!

Can I Unarchive a Project?

Yep! To remove a Project from the archive, click on it, and from the Quick Actions menu select Remove from Archive.



Can I Delete a Project?

Yes! Once you've Archived a Project, you can permanently delete it if you'd like to remove it from your account completely. Be aware that deleting a Project will permanently delete all invoices, questionnaires, and unsigned contracts related to the Project. There is no way to recover these!

Once the Project is Archived, click on the Quick Actions in the top right, and choose "Delete Project."
