You can easily make changes to an existing Project using the Quick Actions menu!

Use the side menu to get to your Projects, and click on the Project you need to manage.

The Quick Actions menu is located in the top right corner of your Project. You can use the actions in this drop-down menu to edit your Project details, add new documents and clients, or archive the Project.

Quick Actions:

  • Edit Project: Allows you to edit the Project details, such as the name, date, and client assigned to the Project. You can also edit the Project description.

  • Copy Project URL: Copies the direct link to the Project to your clipboard.

  • Add Client: Lets you add a new client to the Project, in addition to the existing assigned client.

  • Create Contract: Allows you to add a new Contract to the Project.

  • New Invoice: Allows you to add a new Invoice to the Project.

  • New Questionnaire: Allows you to add a new Questionnaire to the Project.

  • Archive Project: Moves this Project from Current Projects to Archived Projects. The Project will still be accessible to your client.
