On CloudSpot, you can publish multiple Galleries in a single Collection! This is a great way to keep all galleries related to a particular event in one place, while also avoiding the need to reupload the same images multiple times.

Examples of how you can use multiple galleries include publishing a separate gallery for vendors or creating a gallery of your favorite images to share on your portfolio. The possibilities are endless! 🀩

Publish a New Gallery

Once you've published a Gallery in your Collection, it can be viewed by clicking Galleries & Apps in the top right corner.

In the Galleries & Apps menu, you'll see there's a Publish New button. This button will allow you to start publishing a new, individual Gallery (or a Mobile App!).

Using the vendor Gallery example, let's select some images and copy those into a new Folder.

Multiple images can be selected by holding down Control/Command or the Shift key on your keyboard. Use the Copy tool to create a new Folder with these images. Copying the images will place them into the new Folder while still keeping them in the original Folder!

When you already have an existing gallery in the collection, newly created folders are not automatically added to it! So you don't have to worry about specialized folders showing up in your client's gallery. πŸ‘

Once the Folder is ready, click on Galleries & Apps, then Publish New.

Give the Gallery a name, then start customizing the settings! If you don't want your main client Folder(s) to be visible in this Gallery, simply move it into the Hide column.

By default, this Gallery will use the same cover photo as the Collection. If needed, that can be updated in the Cover section by clicking the Change cover photo button:

Once the Gallery is ready, hit Publish! This new published Gallery will be displayed in your Galleries & Apps menu.

Now this Gallery is ready to be sent out! It's important to note that while these Galleries exist in the same Collection, they are still completely separate from each other and only accessible by direct link. πŸ‘
