Custom Fulfillment Order Status

As you fulfill your client's order, you can update the status in your Order Details.

With Custom Fulfillment, the order fulfillment is completely in your hands. You can keep track of your Store orders by updating their status as you progress through the fulfillment process, making it easy to stay organized!

Update a Custom Fulfillment Order Status

Orders placed in your Galleries will be visible in the Orders section of your Store. The default status of a Custom Fulfillment order will be Queued. When you begin fulfilling this order, you can update the status to Processing, and then Complete once you've finished.

To update an Order Status, click on the order and use the status drop-down menu to change what stage the order is in.

That's it! Now you can easily see which orders you've completed and which ones you still need to fulfill.

Is the Order Status Visible to Clients?

Yes, when clients place an order, they receive a confirmation email that includes a link to their Order Status page! Any changes you make to the Order Status are visible there, letting them keep track of the progress of their order as well.

How to Cancel a Custom Fulfillment Order

Since you're in full control of Custom Fulfillment orders, there's no need to reach out to our team if you need to cancel one. If it's already been submitted to your chosen print lab, just make sure to contact them and request a cancelation. Once you've confirmed the order is canceled, just change the Order Status to Cancelled.

This will also update the Order Status page for your client.
