Are you looking for a super clear way to be notified whenever you get a Custom Fulfillment order on CloudSpot, beyond the email confirmation that we send you? With CloudSpot's Zapier integration, you can Zap yourself a text message any time you receive a custom fulfillment order!
If you haven't already, you'll need to connect CloudSpot to your Zapier account in order to get this Zap started. Read more about how to do that here! You'll also need to link your mobile phone number with Zapier. Here's how to do that!
Once you've got your account connected, it's time to get started with creating your Zap. To begin, login to Zapier and click "Make a Zap" in your account dashboard.
🔔 Setting Up Your Trigger 🔔
We'll set up a Trigger that fires every time you receive a new store order. To do this, simply search for CloudSpot in the Trigger search bar and select the icon when it comes up.
Choose the Trigger event called "New Store Order Received". Selecting this option will initiate this Zap any time you receive a new store order. Once you've selected the "New Store Order Received" option, click "Continue".
Select your CloudSpot account when prompted, and click "Continue" again.
Then, select "Custom Fulfillment Orders" to specify the type of orders you want to receive a text about.
Finally, click "Test Trigger" to allow Zapier to pull some sample data from your CloudSpot account. Just know that if none of the last three transactions on your account were Custom Fulfillment, then this test may fail. That doesn't mean that the Zap won't work, there's just no data* to test right now. Then, click "Continue".

🔔 Setting Up Your Action 🔔
Now that we have our Trigger set up, it's time to create an Action. We'll be focusing on how to send a text for each Custom Fulfillment order. Simply search for SMS by Zapier in the Action search bar and select the icon when it comes up.
Choose the Action event called "Send SMS". Once you've selected the "Send SMS" option, click "Continue".
Select "SMS" from the drop down menu when prompted, and click "Continue" again
From here, you can map the text message. First you'll select the phone number you'd like to receive the text message from (or choose random for a random number). Then you'll type what you want the text message to say.
In this example we typed "You've received a New Custom Order from [Customer's Name] on CloudSpot!"
Once you've finished mapping out your fields with the necessary information, click "Continue". You'll then be prompted to test the text message, which you can choose to do by clicking either "Test & Review" or "Test & Continue".
If everything is working properly, you will receive a text message that looks like this:
Once you've concluded testing, you'll be prompted to turn on your Zap at the bottom of the window.
BOOM! You just set up your Zap! 🎉 🎉
Now, each time you receive a Custom Fulfillment order, you'll receive a text!
