Email Capture allows you to keep track of who is viewing your Galleries! Upon accessing their Gallery, your clients will be asked to enter their name and email to view the Gallery. Learn how to turn on Email Capture, view captured emails in your Analytics, and see how things look from the client-side. 🙂

How to Turn on Email Capture

You can turn on Email Capture in your Gallery Settings.

To get to your Gallery settings, enter the Collection you're working on, and then click "Galleries & Apps" in the top right.

Click "Settings" on the Gallery you'd like to edit.

Next, toggle to the Access tab and flip to switch for Email Capture to "On"

View Email Capture Analytics

Click on the Analytics in the top right-hand corner of your Collection.


You can also access Analytics from your dashboard by hovering over the Collection and clicking the arrow in the top right.

In your Analytics, select Visitor Emails. You'll see a record of who has accessed the Gallery. You can also quickly email clients, save emails to your Contacts, and export emails 🙌

What Do Clients See in Their Gallery?

Your clients and visitors will be prompted to enter their information after hitting the "Open" button in their Gallery.

Once they enter their information, they can view their full online Gallery!
