Step 1: Create Your Catalog

Head to Store > Catalogs > Create a Catalog.

Give your Catalog a name, then choose the type of Catalog you’d like to set up:

👉 If you’re outside the US, you’ll need to create a Custom-Fulfilled Catalog.

Step 2: Customize Your Auto-Fulfilled Options

If you select Auto-Fulfilled, you can also enable add-ons from the lab, such as:

  • Color Correction

  • Premium Packaging (available with WHCC)

Step 3: Set a Minimum Order Amount

The Minimum Order Amount is the smallest order total a client must meet before checking out.

For example:

  • If your minimum is $50, a client can’t just purchase one $10 print.

  • Instead, they’ll need at least $50 worth of products in their cart to place the order.

  • Think of it like the “you must be this tall to ride” sign—except here it’s “you must spend at least this much to order.”

Keep in mind if you give a client a Discount Code and have a minimum order in your Catalog, your client will need to meet the minimum order regardless of the discount amount. Discount Codes are subjected to the minimum order amount on the catalog level.

Step 4: Adjust Gallery Options (Optional)

You can:

  • Set your Catalog as the default (it’ll be the first one that appears when adding a Catalog to your Store).

  • Apply your Catalog to all Galleries that have sales enabled.

  • Preview pricing and customization options visible to clients by entering a gallery as a client. This allows you to build an album and view cost breakdowns for various customization options.

Step 5: Decide on Order Approval

Want to review orders before they’re sent to fulfillment? Check out more on that here

That’s it! Your Catalog is ready to go.

Managing Your Catalog Post-Setup

  • Editing Pricing and Item Details: Modify sizes, pricing, and specific settings for items in your catalog.

  • Removing Items: To limit offerings, remove specific items like albums from your catalog using the options within Store > Catalogs.

  • Preview Cost Breakdowns: View detailed pricing and customization options by entering galleries as a client. This can assist with verifying accuracy and testing output.
