Did your client choose the wrong time by accident? Or perhaps something came up, and they can't make the original time they booked! You can easily change their booking to a different available time slot in your mini-session!
Reschedule a Client's Booking
To reschedule a booking, click on the mini-session and scroll down to find your client's name. Click the three dots located on the right-hand side and select Edit Booking.
Choose from one of the available times and click Save once you're finished!
Your client's booking will be rescheduled to the new time, and the initial time they selected will become available for others to book. π
Does my client receive a notification when their booking is changed?
Clients do not receive an email notification when changes are made to their booking, so make sure to follow up with them directly to confirm any changes and provide the new time!
