How to Manage Payment Methods and Subscription Plans on CloudSpot

Managing your payment methods and subscription plans is straightforward with CloudSpot. Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions to update payment information and adjust your plan type.

To update the payment method linked to your CloudSpot account, click on My Account > Payment Methods. Follow the on-screen instructions to add or update your card details. Note: You may be prompted to do this before accessing your account if a payment method is missing or expired.

Switching Between Subscription Plans

If you'd like to change your subscription plan, for example, from a monthly to an annual plan:

  1. Log in to your CloudSpot account.

  2. Go to My Account > Plans & Billing.

  3. Locate the subscription plan you want to switch to and click 'Upgrade Now.' This will display a confirmation screen showing the final price. Verify the details before proceeding.

CloudSpot ensures that you can preview any changes to your subscription pricing before confirming them, providing full transparency.

Select Add Credit Card and input your credit card details. Double-check your details to ensure accuracy and save changes to finalize updates.

Make sure the newly-added payment method is set to be your Primary card on file for your account.

Adding a Payment Method is required for your subscription as well as if you elect to create Discount Codes for your client Galleries.
