In your Gallery Settings, you can enable or disable downloads as well as control what sized image your clients can download.

If you’re currently on the free plan, the only available download size in your Galleries will be Social Media Sized (2048px on the long edge). You can upgrade to unlock full-resolution downloads + all of our other features!

Customize Download Settings in a Gallery

Downloads are disabled by default, so you'll need to enable downloads in your Gallery Settings when publishing a new Gallery.

Tip: To access the Settings of a Gallery you've already published, click Galleries & Apps in the top-right corner of your Collection. Click Settings, and navigate to the Layout tab.

Under the Download tab, you can enable downloads, then begin customizing your download settings!

If there are multiple Folders in your Gallery, you can make downloads available for certain Folders, but not others.

Note: Disabling Downloads for a Folder will also make it so that clients cannot download Favorites Lists that contain images from that Folder, since it is no longer available for download.

You also have the ability to enable full resolution, social media, and set a custom size for downloads!

If you want downloaded images to be watermarked, head to the Access tab and enable watermarks for downloaded images. 👍

Downloading from a Gallery

In the Gallery, your client can download their full Gallery, individual Folders, or single images.

For single images, if you have one download size enabled, just click this button, and the image will download right away. If more than one size is enabled, clients can choose which size they want to download.

For the entire Gallery, Folders, or favorites lists, clients will need to click the download icon in the top right of the gallery.

On the download screen, they can choose what set of images they want to download (full Gallery or specific Folders), and if there are multiple sizes available, which download size.

A download link will be sent to the email they enter on this page!
