You can easily copy the image filenames from your clients' favorites list to pull them up in Lightroom. This especially comes in handy if you have your clients favorite images in the Gallery that they want to be retouched. πŸ™Œ

Note: This will only work if the filenames of the images you uploaded to CloudSpot match the image filenames in Lightroom. Click here to learn how you can rename files when importing to Lightroom.

First, you'll want to navigate to your Collection Analytics in order to view your client's favorites list. To do that, click on Analytics in the top right of your Collection.

✨ Pro Tip: You can also access your Analytics from your Collection Dashboard using the drop-down menu shown when hovering your mouse over the Collection!

Once in your Collection Analytics, click on Favorites.

Using the Quick Actions menu in the top right corner, select 'Copy Filenames'. You will a notification appear confirming those filenames have been copied to your clipboard.

Now, head over to Lightroom to search for those filenames!

In the Library section of Lightroom, select Text in the Library Filter bar. Set both attributes to 'Filename' and 'Contains':

Now paste the filenames into the search box, and Lightroom will filter those images out from the group!

Ta-da! πŸŽ‰ Now you can make any needed edits to these images and reupload them to CloudSpot!
