If you need to cancel or make changes to an order after it's been submitted, you will need to reach out directly to our support team.
We can contact the lab for you to request an order be canceled or provide them with an updated shipping address before the order is printed and shipped. If needed, we can also move orders into review so you can replace images or make adjustments to crop placements.
Our Partner Labs have very quick turnaround times, so it's important that you reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel an order. Please send us a message via chat with the order number and any other relevant information (like an updated address) so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

The best tool to ensure an order is ready to be submitted to the lab is Order Review, which allows you to hold an order for 1-7 days. During this time, you can adjust crop placements or replace images in the order. We can also cancel or update the shipping address on an order while it is in review.
