If you need to downgrade your subscription, please send us a message via the support chat bubble inside of CloudSpot or send us an email to [email protected].

Please make sure to include your CloudSpot username or email associated with your account so we can quickly process your request. Let us know the plan you'd like to move to and as long as your data usage is within that plan, we'll happily move you over!
