How much does CloudSpot Studio cost?

It’s free! Yep, CloudSpot Studio is included in any CloudSpot plan.

What are the processing fees?

You're probably used to processing fees of around 2.9% + .30 cents per transaction. CloudSpot Studio's payment processing fees will be a flat 2.5% with funds hitting your bank account in just 2 days. Lower fees mean more money in your pocket from every client!

What Options do my Clients have for paying invoices?

Clients will always have two options for paying their invoices! They can pay via credit card or direct ACH payment (bank transfer). Card payments have a 2% convenience fee paid by your client, while ACH transactions have no additional fee.

Where will CloudSpot be available?

At launch, most features will be available everywhere CloudSpot is! The only exception is invoicing. For the time being, we will only be able to process invoices in USD (United States Dollars).

When will CloudSpot Studio be available to use?

We are working on the final touches and beta testing as we speak. Once it’s ready for all CloudSpot photographers, you will be notified! Right now, we are aiming for the first quarter of 2023.

How will this impact my store sales?

CloudSpot Studio is completely separate from your Gallery Sales. Orders will continue to be processed under your linked Payment Processor at their existing rate.

Will my CloudSpot Contacts be accessible in CloudSpot Studio?

CloudSpot Studio will actually be the new home for Contacts on your CloudSpot Dashboard! So all your current Contacts will be accessible in the CloudSpot Studio! If you are coming from a different CRM, you will be able to Import Contacts from there.
