How to Book
It's incredibly easy for clients to book through the mini-session link! ๐
On the booking page, they'll see the name and description of the event, location, and all of the currently available time slots:
To book, they'll need to choose a time slot and fill out their contact information. If any terms and conditions have been set, those must be agreed to before they can move forward. If a payment is required, a Continue To Payment button will be visible at the end of the page:
โจ Note: Once your client chooses a time slot and proceeds to the payment screen, that time slot will appear as unavailable to anyone else who views the booking page. They will have a 10-minute window to pay before the slot becomes available again.
Payment Options
Your clients will have two options when making a booking payment. They will always see a free payment option, which is via ACH. If your client opts to make a payment via credit card, theyโll see a 2% convenience fee added to the booking total (i.e. their $50 payment becomes a $51 payment).
No matter which method clients choose, the processing fee you would see deducted from the paid Invoice is our low 2.5% flat rate. ๐
Booking Confirmation
After the booking is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your client. This email will include all of the mini-session details, along with any terms and conditions (if set).
Do My Clients Receive a Booking Reminder?
Yes! Clients will receive an automatic reminder one day before the mini-session date. ๐
